MUN Mushrooms are dried, crimped mushrooms about the characteristic colour grey and black. They are in common use in the Chinese cuisine, especially in vegetarian dishes. They are being called mushrooms of a tree, since grow on decaying logs of trees. After soaking repeatedly they are increasing their volume and are becoming similar to seaweeds.
